Experienced Field Superintendent - Operations Coordinator at AmeriTex Imaging and Services

AmeriTex Concrete Imaging & Services is hiring an Experienced Field Superintendent - Operations Coordinator, in this role you will own Field Operations oversight, from Customer Relations, QA/QC, Safety, Training / Development/ Mentoring Field Craftsmen, Accuracy of Work to Change Orders, etc.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• At least 5+ Field Supervisor – Management Experience
• Experience Developing - Mentoring - Training Field Craftsmen
• Experience in Concrete Cutting or Demolition Industry is Strongly Preferred
• Strong Organizational & Leadership Skills
• The ability to Multitask while remaining Detail Oriented
• Excellent Communication and Human Relations Skills
• Ability to Thrive Under Pressure
• Make quick decisions that create good working conditions for our field team
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• The ability to connect & gain the respect of field personnel
• A high-energy personality and excellent phone etiquette
• Patience, Professionalism, and the ability to think on your feet

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving history
• Pass a required pre-employment drug screen & random
• Pass a pre-employment background record (7 years) & periodical checks
• Ability to work, days, nights, weekends, and out of town if necessary
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
