AmeriTex Concrete Imaging & Services, is hiring Experienced Dispatch Manager – Operations Coordinator to join our team, in this role you will own Day-to-Day Management of both Service & Construction Divisions Dispatching, Scheduling, Inventory - Materials, Equipment, Fleet, Billing, small Job Quotes, and Interviewing - Hiring field prospects.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- At least 5+ of Service Construction Related Dispatch / Scheduling Management
- Experience Dispatching 20 + Service Drivers & Construction Foreman /Crews
- Experience in Concrete Cutting or Demolition Industry is Strongly Preferred
- Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to job
- Strong Organizational and Leadership Skills
- The ability to Multitask while remaining Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication and Human Relations Skills
- Ability to Thrive Under Pressure
- Make quick decisions that create good working conditions for our field team
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- The ability to connect & gain the respect of field personnel
- A high-energy personality and excellent phone etiquette
- Patience, Professionalism, and the ability to think on your feet
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving history
- Pass a required pre-employment drug screen & random
- Pass a pre-employment background record (7 years) & periodical checks
- Ability to work, days, nights, weekends, and out of town if necessary
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
